For single-location cafés & restaurants

Ship your menu once.

Change a price one time. Your QR menu, website, Google listing, print PDF and delivery change list all update from the same source — so your menu never disagrees with itself in public.

No lock-in. No hardware. No commissions. Your menu stays yours, always.

Right now

Your menu already disagrees with itself.

Most venues run four menus that drift apart: the website PDF from last year, the Google listing nobody remembers exists, the delivery app, and the laminated one on the counter. Customers notice before you do.

This is what earns venues one-star reviews that start with “just update your prices.” Not the coffee. The drift.

How it works

One source of truth. Every channel downstream.

Step 1 — Edit

Change it once

Update a price, add a dish, or mark something sold out — from your phone, behind the counter, in seconds.

Step 2 — Publish

Press one button

Delivery prices are computed for you from your rule — e.g. base +15%, rounded to .95 — so you never do markup maths in a dashboard again.

Step 3 — Everywhere

Every audience told

Straight answer on delivery apps: they don't open their menus to small tools, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing. So MenuPipe computes your delivery prices and hands you an exact, tickable change list for each app — five minutes of pasting instead of an evening of maths. We'd rather be honest than break your revenue pretending.

Fair questions

Before you ask

Is this another ordering app that takes commission?

No. MenuPipe never touches an order or a payment and never takes a cent of commission. It's a publishing tool: your menu, kept identical everywhere it appears. If you already take orders online, your menu simply links to it.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep everything. Your menu exports in full (spreadsheet + print files) on any plan, including after cancelling, and your QR page stays live for 30 days so tables aren't scanning a dead code. Nobody gets locked out of their own menu here — that's a promise we put in writing because other tools in this industry are famous for the opposite.

Does it really sync with Uber Eats and DoorDash?

Honestly: no small tool can write to them directly, and we won't pretend. MenuPipe computes your delivery prices from your markup rule and gives you an exact change list per app — what to edit, to what number. Assisted editing that takes minutes, with a browser helper on the roadmap to fill the fields for you while you watch.

When do opening-special venues go live?

Within 48 hours of your first payment — usually the same day. I personally enter your menu, set up your QR page, website embed and print PDF, and hand you everything ready to use. If that doesn't happen inside 48 hours, you get a full refund without asking twice.
